Terms of Purchase

PARTIES.
In consideration of being permitted to use and access the Win with Barlow DNA eCourse (the “Product”), and the value you will gain by using, accessing, and reselling the Product, you hereby agree to these Terms of Purchase. These Terms of Purchase are entered into between you (hereinafter “you” or “Purchaser”) and Akira Barlow, doing business as Win with Barlow (hereinafter “Company,” “we,” or “us”). You and the Company are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF PURCHASE.
The following Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your use of, access to, and resale of the Product. These Terms are legally binding, and it is your responsibility to read them before using, accessing, or reselling the Product. Your act of purchasing, using, or distributing the Product, whether directly from the Company or from an authorized reseller, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications or updates that the Company may make to these Terms from time to time. Any such modifications or updates will be effective immediately upon notice to you, which may be given by any reasonable means, including via email or through an update posted on the Company’s website.TERM.
These Terms shall be effective on the date of purchase of the Product by Purchaser and shall continue in full force until terminated as provided herein. Upon termination or expiration of the term, all rights granted to the Purchaser under these Terms, including the right to resell the Product, shall immediately cease. Termination or expiration of these Terms shall not affect any rights or obligations that: (a) are meant to survive termination (including but not limited to indemnification and limitations of liability); and/or (b) have accrued prior to such termination.PAYMENT.
Purchaser agrees to pay the full price of $249.99 at the time of registration. There are no payment plans available. Purchaser remains responsible for full payment even if they discontinue use of the Product. Failure to complete payment will result in immediate termination of access to the Product and its licenses. Payments are processed through credit card or other available payment methods via the Company’s website.LATE FEES.
If the Company does not receive payment within 14 calendar days of the payment due date, Purchaser will be charged a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding amount for each day that payment is not received.CHARGEBACKS.
Purchaser must make every attempt to file for a refund before initiating a chargeback with a financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, Purchaser agrees to forfeit all intellectual property licenses and deliverables provided in connection with the Product. Win with Barlow reserves the right to present proof of purchase and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.PRODUCT LICENSE.
By purchasing the Product, Purchaser is granted a non-exclusive license to access and resell the Product in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include accreditation by the AABB or any other medical laboratory accreditation, as the Company is not a medical laboratory. The license is limited to the materials and files provided with the course, and Purchaser is prohibited from modifying the Product in any way, including using the Company’s branding.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
All intellectual property rights in the Product remain the sole property of Win with Barlow. Purchaser is granted a non-transferable, revocable license to resell the Product. These Terms do not grant Purchaser any ownership of the Product or the Company’s intellectual property. Any infringement or misuse of the Company’s intellectual property will result in legal action.RESELLING RESTRICTIONS.
Purchaser may resell the Product to end users but is not permitted to resell it for less than $249.99. Misrepresentation of the Product or failure to adhere to these Terms will result in the termination of the license and legal action.
MARKETING RESTRICTIONS.
All marketing activities conducted by Purchaser must accurately reflect the Product’s purpose and capabilities. False claims, deceptive practices, or misuse of the Product in marketing are prohibited and will result in termination of the license.NEW YORK STATE RESTRICTION.
The Company does not recommend that individuals residing in New York take this course. Due to specific regulations and legal considerations in the state of New York, this course may not be suitable or compliant for residents of that state. Purchasers from New York assume all responsibility for understanding and adhering to local laws regarding DNA testing and related activities.
AFFILIATE RESELLING POLICY.
Only approved affiliates are permitted to resell the Win with Barlow DNA eCourse. Resales must be conducted exclusively through the affiliate’s direct Stan store link. Affiliates are allowed to create content to promote the course; however, they must ensure that all promotional materials are accurate and not misleading. Any misrepresentation or deceptive marketing practices will result in the termination of affiliate status and potential legal action.
Consultation Availability Clause
Consultations with Akira Barlow are scheduled based on her availability within the scope of her business operations. While every effort is made to honor scheduled consultations, business demands take priority, and in some cases, consultations may not be fulfilled due to availability constraints.
Consultations are booked on a tentative basis, meaning availability is subject to change. If Akira is unable to attend a scheduled consultation, you will be notified on the day of the appointment or in advance if scheduling conflicts arise. In such cases, a full refund will be processed immediately.
By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that availability is not guaranteed and that adjustments may be made as necessary.
Non-Compete Clause
By enrolling in and completing Akira Barlow's DNA course or attending any live class co-hosted by Akira Barlow and Ebony Polk, you agree that you will not create, teach, or offer any DNA testing-related courses, classes, or educational programs—whether online or in person—within 36 calendar months of your course completion or attendance. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, teaching or training others on DNA collection, testing procedures, or DNA business setup. Violation of this clause may result in legal action in a Mississippi court.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Clause
By enrolling in Akira Barlow's DNA course or attending any live class co-hosted by Akira Barlow and Ebony Polk, you agree that all course materials, live class content, login access, and associated resources are strictly for your personal use only. Any attempt to sell, reproduce, share login access, or distribute details of the live class without prior written consent will result in an immediate assessment of a $5,000 penalty fee. This fee will be strictly enforced, and legal action may be pursued to protect the intellectual property rights of the course.
Training Kit Clause
Participants are required to purchase a training kit in addition to the cost of the training class for $50.The training kit is essential for practice not necessarily participation in the class and completing the hands-on components.
Once the training kit has been shipped, delivery will be tracked and documented. If there is an issue with the delivery, such as the participant not receiving the kit despite proof of delivery from the shipping carrier, the participant will be responsible for purchasing a replacement kit at their own expense.
By enrolling in the class, participants acknowledge and accept this policy as part of the terms and conditions.
Non-Disparagement and Confidentiality Clause
By enrolling in Akira Barlow's DNA course or attending any live class co-hosted by Akira Barlow and Ebony Polk, you agree to refrain from publicly making any negative, disparaging, or defamatory comments regarding Akira Barlow, Win with Barlow, the DNA course, or the live class. Furthermore, sharing any confidential or proprietary information about the course or class is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this clause, including public disclosure of class-related information, will result in a $5,000 penalty fee, which will be strictly enforced, with legal action pursued if necessary.
Customer Service
Our toll-free customer service number is strictly for business setup. All inquiries should be emailed. We do not make outbound calls. This line is strictly a point of contact for business vendors working with our company.
Lab Startup Training Classes
Win with Barlow (“WWB”) offers lab startup training classes in both in-person and virtual formats. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Virtual participants acknowledge that their training experience may differ from that of in-person attendees, as the curriculum is designed primarily for in-person delivery. While supplies are provided to each student, they are not required for participation. Kits supplied during training are for study purposes only; a separate mock kit purchase is required for participation in mock sessions.
Any chargebacks or payment disputes will be immediately filed in a Mississippi court without further communication. WWB reserves the right to terminate all email and phone communication with any attendee following a threat of a refund request or chargeback. Students unable to attend their scheduled session will be transferred and invited to the nearest available class date corresponding to their original purchase.
Mastermind Session Attendance and Travel Policy
By registering for a mastermind session hosted by Akira Barlow and/or Ebony Polk, you acknowledge that these events are held in various cities and states, and Akira Barlow nor Ebony Polk is responsible for any travel accommodations. Once your payment has been submitted, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed. For security and privacy reasons, all travel details, including the exact location, will be provided to you within 48 hours of the scheduled meetup.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or Mastermind session, we are happy to apply your credit toward future classes or sessions. This policy helps ensure you still receive the full value of your investment.
Attendees are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the session begins and must plan to stay for the entire duration of the mastermind. Please note that no part of the mastermind session will be recorded, and no session materials or recaps will be provided via email. Additionally, for the professionalism of the event, no children are permitted to attend.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing any product, service, or training from Akira Barlow, Ebony Polk, or any affiliated brands, you agree to abide by the stated terms and conditions, including the policies regarding refunds, service timelines, and dispute resolution.
Filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or initiating a reversal through your bank, PayPal, or any payment processor without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue will result in immediate and permanent removal from all future classes, trainings, programs, or services offered by Akira Barlow, Ebony Polk, and their affiliated companies.
This includes loss of access to both current and future offerings, regardless of dispute outcome.
We take disputes very seriously as they threaten the integrity of our business operations and relationships with our payment processors. Any attempt to bypass our clearly communicated refund and communication policies by filing a dispute will be considered a breach of agreement and result in permanent termination of eligibility for any future participation.
DFY DNA Business in a Box Terms and Conditions
The DFY Service is intended for clients seeking a ready-to-launch business solution developed by experienced professionals. We do recommend some sort of tech savviness.
By proceeding with purchase, the client understands and agrees that:
The DFY service is a pre-structured business setup process, not a personalized coaching or consulting engagement.
Creative, strategic, and operational decisions are made solely by the Win With Barlow team to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
Delivery timelines are estimated based on standard production schedules and may vary depending on workload and intake completion.
Purchaser will be granted access upon completion.
Revisions and adjustments can take up to 2 weeks.
Pre-designed logos should be presented at the time of intake.
All DFY service sales are final and non-refundable once the intake form is submitted and production has begun, as each package involves customized assets and proprietary business materials.
While this service provides essential tools, resources, and setup assistance, it is not a substitute for business acumen or hands-on management. Clients are expected to actively engage in running their business, make informed decisions, and adapt to the demands of entrepreneurship.
By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges that they have considered their readiness to take on.
Our business hours are Monday through Thursday, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST. During these hours, we are actively working on fulfilling client orders and managing services.
Please note that we do not offer phone-based customer service. All client support inquiries are handled exclusively via email. This ensures a clear and documented communication process to best serve your needs.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept our limited support availability and communication policy.
To help ensure success, we highly recommend that all purchasers complete the DNA eCourse and attend the live training class held each month. These resources will provide essential foundational knowledge for building and operating a DNA testing business.
By enrolling in the DFY DNA Business in a Box, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms and commits to providing the required information promptly for the smooth and successful delivery of services.
Private Coaching with Barlow
By participating in Win with Barlow’s private coaching, you acknowledge that the results you achieve are dependent on your own actions, efforts, and commitment.
While we provide guidance, resources, and strategies, the ultimate responsibility for implementing these concepts and cultivating success rests solely with you.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or profits, and no assurance is given that any information provided will ensure personal or financial gains.
Each participant’s journey is unique, and your success will largely be determined by the time, dedication, and consistency you invest.
