Yes, it’s highly recommended. However, in most states, all you need is an LLC, similar to any other business. You are not operating as a lab but offering lab services in partnership with a lab.

In person trainings are 8 hour sessions held in various citifies. They cover DNA testing, drug testing, hair follicle testing, & fingerprinting. Class covers implementation of services and marketing. Certifications are given for DOT drug testing. The required mocks for drug testing are provided at a later date on Zoom to ensure accuracy, comprehension, & compliance. This date is shared during the in person session. Each ticket covers one guest. There is no replay of the session and no children are allowed. You will need at least $500 to start your business.

No, we do not offer mocks only. You must take the FULL training to receive a certification in DOT drug testing.
